Answer : (d) $\;\large\frac{-3 \; q^2}{2l}$
Explanation : $W_{done}=P\;.E_{final}-P\;.E_{initial}$
$=\large\frac{3\;k\;q^2}{2l}-\large\frac{3\;k\;q^2}{l}$
$=-\large\frac{3\;k\;q^2}{2l}\;.$
