Consider the following case. What is the value of P' ?

For Gas-A, $n_A = \large\frac{PV_A}{RT}$ and for Gas-B $n_B = \large\frac{PV_A}{RT}$
Given that its an equal partition and the volume of each half is the same, after removing the partition, the total number of moles, $n = n_A + n_B = \large\frac{P' \times 2V}{RT}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{PV}{RT}$$+\large\frac{PV}{RT}$$ = \large\frac{2P'V}{RT} \rightarrow$$ P' = P$
