The value of covariance of two variable $x$ and $y$ is $- \large\frac{148}{3}$ variance of $x$ is $ \large\frac{272}{3}$ and variance of $y$ is $ \large\frac{131}{3}$. Then coefficient of correlation is

$\begin {array} {1 1} (A)\;0.48 & \quad (B)\;0.78 \\ (C)\;0.87 & \quad (D)\;None\: of \: these \end {array}$
