Answer: $BaCl_2$
 
$BaCl_2 + 2AgNO_3 \rightarrow 2AgCl \downarrow $ (white ppt.) $+ BaNO_3$
$BaCl_2 + H_2SO_4 $ (Dil. Sulphuric acid) $ \rightarrow BaSO_4 \downarrow$ (white ppt.) $+ 2HCl$
