Equation of any parallel to $3x-4y+10=0$ is $3x-4y+c=0$
Slope of parallel lines are same.
Now the line $3x-4y+c$ passes through (2,2) hence
$3\times 2-4(2)+c=0$
$6-8+c=0$
$c=2$
Hence required equation of line is $3x-4y+2=0$
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
