Two particles A and B are in motion . if the wavelength associated with particle A is $5\times10^{-8}$m.Calculate the wavelength associated with particle B if its momentum is half of A.

$(mV)_A=\large\frac{h}{\lambda_A}$
$(mV)_B=\large\frac{h}{\lambda_B}$
$(mV)_B=\large\frac{1}{2}(mV)_A$
$\large\frac{h}{\lambda_B}=\large\frac{h}{2\lambda_A}$
$=2\times5\times10^{-8}$m
$=10\times10^{-8}m$
$=1000A^{\large\circ}$
Hence answer is (c)
