$\Delta=abc+2fgh-af^2-bg^2-ch^2=0$
$1\times 1\times \lambda+2\times 0-1\times 1^2-1\times (-\large\frac{3}{2})^2$$-0=0$
$\lambda -1-1\times \large\frac{9}{4}$$=0$
$\lambda=1+\large\frac{9}{4}$
$\lambda=\large\frac{13}{4}$
Hence (b) is the correct option.
