Current through the 2$ \Omega$ resistor is

$\begin {array} {1 1} (a)\;5A & \quad (b)\;2A \\ (c)\;0A & \quad (d)\;4A \end {array}$

A very interesting proof of the answer can be given using uniqueness theorem.
But also using KVL and KCL we can see that the currents in the loops
are localised and the potential difference across the 2$ \Omega$ resistor is zero.
