$V = \large\frac{Z}{n}\times2.88\times10^8$ cm/S
$V_1 = \large\frac{1}{1}\times2.88\times10^8$ cm/S
$\large\frac{Velocity \;of\; light}{Velocity \;of \;electron} = \large\frac{3\times10^{10}}{2.188\times10^8}$
=137 times
Hence answer is (c)
