Anitha's mother, who is a baker, uses 1/4 cup of oil to bake one cake. If the oil can she buys has 8 cups of oil, how many cakes can she bake with the oil?

Amount of oil needed to bake 1 cake = 1/4 cup = 0.25 cup
Oil in the oil can = 8 cups
Number of cakes that can be baked with 8 cups of oil = 8 / 0.25 = 32 cakes
