Angular Momentum = $\sqrt {l(l+1)}\times\large\frac{h}{2\pi}$
$=\sqrt {l(l+1)}\times\large\frac{h}{2\pi}$
$=\large\frac{h}{\sqrt2\pi}$
Hence answer is (b)
