The two outer 30 ohm resistors are in series and so effectively we have a 30 ohm resistor in parellel with a 60 ohm resistor.

The circuit is a simple combination of resistors in series and parallel.

The effective resistance in the circuit is 20 Ohms and so the current is 2/20 which is 1/10 A
