The current through the battery is


$\begin {array} {1 1} (A)\;\large\frac{1}{20}A & \quad (B)\;\large\frac{1}{15}A \\ (C)\;\large\frac{1}{10}A & \quad (D)\;\large\frac{1}{5}A \end {array}$

 The two outer 30 ohm resistors are in series and so effectively we have a 30 ohm resistor in parellel with a 60 ohm resistor.
The circuit is a simple combination of resistors in series and parallel.
The effective resistance in the circuit is 20 Ohms and so the   current is  2/20  which is 1/10 A
Ans : (C)
