Resistivity = $ R \times \bigg(\large\frac{A}{L} \bigg)$ $= \bigg( \large\frac{V}{I} \bigg)$ $ \times \bigg(\large\frac{A}{L} \bigg)$
On substituting the definitions for volt and ampere, one gets the result
