A charge $q$ moves along the $x$-axis with a velocity of 5 m/s in a uniform magnetic field $ \overrightarrow B = \hat i + \hat j + \hat k$ The force experienced by the charge will be

$\begin {array} {1 1} (a)\;In\: the\: x-z\: plane & \quad (b)\;(b) In\: the\: y-z \: plane \\ (c)\;Along\: +z\: axis & \quad (d)\;Along \: -z\: axis \end {array}$

Since the charge is moving along the x-axis and
Force $= q \overrightarrow V \times \overrightarrow B$, the direction of the force will be in the y-z plane
