For a compound be aromatic it should have $(Hn+2)\pi$ electron -(Huckel's Rule)
Planar structure -(Because of resonance)
Cyclic structure - (Because of the presence of $SP^2$ hybridised $C-$ atom)
Hence it is planar, cyclic and have $(Hn+2)\pi$ electron
Hence d is the correct answer.
