Among the following compounds, the strongest acid is

$(a)\;HC \equiv CH \\ (b)\;C_6H_6 \\(c)\;C_2 H_6 \\ (d)\;CH_3OH $

The correct order of acidic strength is $CH_3OH > CH \equiv CH > C_6H_6 > C_2 H_6 $
$CH_3OH$ is most acidic because Oxygen is more electronegative than Carbon and it can accomodate negative charge as $CH_3O^{-}$.
All the given compounds are neutral towards litmus.
Hence d is the correct answer.
