It has an asymmetric carbon $(C^*) $ so it will show optical isomerism .
It will not show geometric isomerism because the carbons along $C=C$ do not posses the same structural formula.
In it tautomerism is not possible because -co group is not present in it .
Hence b is the correct answer.
