Answer: Stretching of rubber band
In rubber the long flexible macromolecules coil up in a random way. When stretched, it gets uncoiled. The uncoiled arrangement has more specific geometry. Thus, the change in entropy ($\Delta S$) is negative.

Stretching: ΔG needs to be positive. So, ΔH-TΔS needs to be positive. Stretching is exothermic so ΔH is negative. TΔS (and therefore ΔS) needs to be negative (and large) in order for the reaction to be not spontaneous.
