The given molecule conatins 2 stereocentres and one double bond.
So, total number of different combination of stereoisomers is 6.

with cis/ trans , it will gave a pair of enantiomers, or two enantiomers.
Hence (i) and (iv)are correct.
Hence b is the correct answer.
