It is $Sn_1$ reaction in which an intermediate carbacation is involved.
This carbocation is specially stabilized through in which $-O-CH_3$ group acts as a good electron donor.
Hence we will get a mixture of two products .
This is the mixture of (i) and (ii)
Hence a is the correct answer.
