Answer : (b) $\;\large\frac{1}{3}$
Explanation :
Since $\;\large\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}}= [\large\frac{A_{1}}{A_{2}}]^{\large\frac{1}{3}}$
$=[\large\frac{1}{27}]^{\large\frac{1}{3}}$
$=\large\frac{1}{3}\;.$
