In the following compounds the order of basicity is


$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;(III) > (II) > (I) &(b)\;(III) > (I) > (II)\\(c)\;(II) > (I) > (III)&(d)\;(I) > (II) > (III)\end{array}$

$e^{\ominus}$ releasing group $(-OCH_3)$ makes aniline more basic and $e^{\ominus}$ attracting group makes it less basic.
$P-CH_3CH_4NH_2 > C_6H_5NH_2 > P-NO_2C_6H_4NH_2$
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
