Enthalpy of dissociation of oxalic acid = Heat of neutralisation of a strong acid with a strong base - Heat of neutralisation of oxalic acid with a strong base
= - 25.4 kcal/mol - ( - 2 $\times$ 13.7 kcal/mol)
= - 2.0 kcal/mol
