$CH_3 $ is primary $(1^{\circ})$ c-atom.
$ CH_2$ is secondary $(2^{\circ})$ c-atom
$ CH$ is tertiary $(3^{\circ})$ c-atom.
$C$ is quarterynary $(4^{\circ})$ c-atom.
Hence d is the correct answer.
