The concentration of $O_2$ and $CO_2$ is variable but on the average , $100\;mL$ blood contains 0.02g of $O_2$ and $0.08\;g$ of $CO_2$. Calculate the Volume of $O_2$ and $CO_2$ at $1\; atm$ and body temperature $37^{\large\circ}C$ assuming $10$ litre blood in human body.

Since 100mL blood has 0.02g $O_2$ and 0.08g $CO_2$
$\therefore$ 10,000mL blood has 2g $O_2$ and 8g $CO_2$
Now PV = $\large\frac{w}{m}RT$
For $O_2 : 1\times V = \large\frac{2}{32}\times0.0821\times310$
$V_{O_2}$ = 1.59 litre
For $CO_2 : 1\times V = \large\frac{8}{44}\times0.0821\times 310$
$V_{CO_2}$ = 4.62 litre
Hence answer is (c)
