If P is the pressure of gas, then the kinetic energy per unit volume of the gas is

$K.E = \large\frac{3RT}{2}$
$\;\;\;\;\;\;\;\;=\large\frac{3PV}{2}$
$\large\frac{K.E}{V} = \large\frac{3P}{2}$
Hence answer is (c)
