CO bond order is 3
$NO^-$ bond order is 2
$NO^+$ bond order is 3
$CN^-$ bond order is 3
$N_2$ bond order is 3
Among all these $NO^-$ bond order is different from CO bond order.
Hence (a) is the correct answer.
