Bond type : C=O$\rightarrow$ bond length : 121
Bond type : N=O$\rightarrow$ bond length : 122
Bond type : C=C$\rightarrow$ bond length : 133
Bond type : C=N$\rightarrow$ bond length : 138
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
