Answer : (a) $\;12\;m/s$
Explanation :
Equation of motion is x = 4 sint 5t
Derivating with respect to time (t)
$\large\frac{dx}{dt}$$=4\times3 \cos 3t$
$v=\large\frac{dx}{dt}$$=12 \cos 3t \quad \; at\;t=0$
$v=12\;m/s\;.$
