In ethene , pi-bond is perpendicular to the sigma bond formed between 2 carbons of ethene.
So, it is in the plane perpendicular to sigma bond.
The nodal plane means which does not contain in the pi- electrons.
So, the nodal plane of pi- bond will be along the molecular axis.
