Net dipole moment $\mu=2(\text{bond moment})\times \cos\large\frac{\theta}{2}$
$0.95D=2(0.72D)\times \cos\large\frac{\theta}{2}$
$\cos\large\frac{\theta}{2}$$=0.6597$
Bond angle $\theta=97^{\large\circ}$
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
