The arrangements of the following polymers in increasing order of their intermolecular forces is

Nylon-66 is a condensation polymer.Buna-S and polythene are addition polymer.
On the basis of intermolecular forces:-
Elastomers(Buna-S) < Thermoplastics(polythene) < fibres(Nylon-66) < Thermosetting
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
