Poly-$\beta$-hydroxybutyrate -CO-$\beta$-hydroxy valerate (PHBV) is copolymer of 3-hydroxybutanoic acid and 3-hydroxybutanoic acid and 3-hydroxypentanoic acid,in which the monomer units are joined by ester linkages.
Hence (c) is the correct answer.
