UF resins (urea-formaldehyde resins) polymer has monomers urea and formaldehyde.
PMMA$\rightarrow$ Methyl methacrylate
Bakelite $\rightarrow$ O-hydroxybenzyl alcohol
Polyurea $\rightarrow$ Urea
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
