Fructose Reduces Tollen's reagent due to

  • Fructose is a ketone and thus should not act as a reducing agent, but due to the presence of $ NH_4 OH$ in Tollen's reagent it rearranges into a mixture of glucose, fructose and mannose. So option 4 is correct
