Power of modulated wave =$P_{Carrier wave}\big[1+\large\frac{m_a^2}{2}\big]$
As the modulation is 75%
$m_a=0.75$
$P=500[1+\large\frac{(0.75)^2}{2}]$
$\;\;\;=640W$
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
