Maximum voltage of AM wave $V_{max}=\large\frac{10}{2}$$=5mv$
Minimum voltage of AM wave $V_{min}=\large\frac{2}{2}$$=1mv$
Modulating factor =$\large\frac{V_{max}-V_{min}}{V_{max}+V_{min}}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{5-1}{5+1}$
$\Rightarrow \large\frac{4}{6}$
$\Rightarrow 0.6$
Hence (c) is the correct option.
