Answer : Dodecyltrimetthylamonium chloride
Explanation :
Dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride $\;[C_{12}H_{25}N^{+}(CH_{3})]cl^{-}\;$ will form micelles in aqneous solution above certain concentration . Here the cation has a polar ionic head and non - polar tail , required for micelle formation .
