The slope of the straight line passing through origin indicates $\large\frac{V}{I}$ the slope gives the value of R.
Slope
Slope of wire 1 is least and of wire 2 is maximum
$\therefore R_1 < R_3 < R_2$
Hence c is the correct answer.
