$H-C\equiv C-H > CH_2=CH_2 > CH_3CH_3$(acidic character)
Conjugate base of the given acid:
$^{\ominus}C\equiv C-H < ^{\ominus}CH=CH_2 < ^{\ominus}CH_2CH_3$(basic character)
Conjugate base of stronger acid is weaker and vice versa.
Hence (b) is the correct option.
