Base strength of $(i)\; H_3CC^{\ominus}H_2,(ii)\;H_2C=C^{\ominus}H$ and $(iii)\;H-C\equiv C^{\ominus}$ is in the order of

$\begin{array}{1 1}(a)\;(i) > (iii) > (ii)\\(b)\;(i) > (ii) > (iii)\\(c)\;(ii) > (i) > (iii)\\(d)\;(iii) > (ii) > (i)\end{array}$

$H-C\equiv C-H > CH_2=CH_2 > CH_3CH_3$(acidic character)
Conjugate base of the given acid:
$^{\ominus}C\equiv C-H < ^{\ominus}CH=CH_2 < ^{\ominus}CH_2CH_3$(basic character)
Conjugate base of stronger acid is weaker and vice versa.
Hence (b) is the correct option.
