(i) Reaction of zinc and $H_2SO_4$ (excess)
$Zn +H_2sO_4 \longrightarrow ZnSO_4+H_2$
(ii) Reaction of zinc and $NaOH$ (excess)
$Zn+2NaOH \longrightarrow Na_2ZnO_2+H_2$
Ratio of volumes of hydrogen evolved $=\large\frac{1}{1}$$=1:1$
Hence a is the correct answer.
