$C_2H_5-Br+Na^.\rightarrow C_2H_5^.+NaBr$
$C_2H_5^.+C_2H_5^.\rightarrow C_2H_5-C_2H_5$
$C_2H_5^.+C_2H_5^.\rightarrow C_2H_6+C_2H_4$
Hence (d) Betane,ethane and ethene is the correct answer.
