Answer : $\;\large\frac{\pi}{2}$
Explanation :
Work done = $\;\large\frac{1}{2}\;$ Area of ellipse
$= \large\frac{1}{2}\; \pi$ [semi major Axis $\;\times\;$ semi minor Axis]
$= \large\frac{1}{2} \pi \times (2-1) \times (\large\frac{3-1}{2})$
