$\large\frac{\text{Temperature-lower fixed point}}{\text{upper fixed point - lower fixed point}}$$=\text{constant} \large\frac{59-5}{95-5}=\large\frac{c-0}{100-0} c=\large\frac{54}{90}$$\times 100=60^{\circ}C$
