How is starch different from cellulose


( a ) cellulose is a a hetero polymer while starch is a **** polymer
( b ) starch is made of glucose and cellulose is made of fructose
( c ) Starch can hold I2 in its helices while cellulose cant
( d ) starch is made of fructose and cellulose is made of glucose

Both starch and glucose are made up of glucose. In starch, glucose units are connected by alpha - linkages while in cellulose they are connected by beta - linkages.
