197g of Au=$6.023\times 10^{23}$atom
$\therefore$ 19700g of Au=$\large\frac{19700}{197}$$\times 6.023\times 10^{23}$
$\Rightarrow 6.023\times 10^{25}$atoms
Hence (d) is the correct answer.
