$6.023\times 10^{23}$ molecules =1mol of hydrogen
$\therefore$ $1.2046\times 10^{24}$ molecules =$\large\frac{1.2046\times 10^{24}}{6.023\times 10^{23}}$
$\Rightarrow 2$mol
Normality of the solution =2N
Hence (b) is the correct answer.
