$ 1 \;J\; Pa^{-1} =\large\frac{1 \;J}{1\;Pa}$
$\qquad= \large\frac{energy}{pressure}$
$\qquad = \large\frac{force \times distance}{force /area}$
$\qquad= area \times distance =m^2.m=m^3$
Hence a is the correct answer.
