Charge on one mole of electrons $= 6.023 \times 10^{23} \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19}\;C$
$\qquad= 96500\;coulomb$
1 gram ions means 1 mole
Charge on 1 mole of $Al^{3+}\;ion= 3 \times 96500\; coulomb$
Hence d is the correct answer.
