According to Avogadro's hypothesis equal volumes of all gases under similar condition of temperature and pressure contains equal number of molecules.
Hence number of atom of $H_2,H_e,O_2$ and $O_3$ will be in the ratio $2:1:2:3$
Hence c is the correct answer.
